DAVEART AirbrushShop is webshop run by Swedish company DAVEART AB (organisation number 556579-0564).
The conditions on this page applies for customers outside Sweden. For customers in Sweden change language to Swedish.
Delivery time/stock
The most airbrush kits, airbrushes, colour kits, templates and accessories such as stripe tape, cleaning fluid etc we usually always
have in stock and ship immediately with a delivery time of about 1 week. The delivery time for other products is in normal cases about
2 weeks. In occasional cases when a product is out of stock at the supplier the delivery time may be a bit longer. If you have ordered more
than one product and one is temporarily out of stock, the order will not be sent until all products are in stock.
All deliveries are shipped from DAVEART's stock in Sweden.
 Shipping
All deliveries are shipped with Posten, Official Partner of DAVEART.
Orders are shipped with Posten's Parcel Post. When the delivery is shipped the customer is notified with e-mail, and with the attached package number the delivery can be traced on posten.se.
 Orders to Denmark and Finland are shipped with Posten's service MyPack. Read more, trace your delivery and search your delivery point on mypack.fi or mypack.dk.
Worldwide delivery
 Posten safely delivers worldwide in DAVEART's own custom-made and extra strong boxes. DAVEART delivers all days of the week.
Shipping costs
DAVEART AirbrushShop offers worldwide shipping. With Parcel Post the delivery is insured and can be traced using the package number. Below you find the shipping costs.
Sweden, Denmark and Finland
Free shipping for all orders over 1000 SEK to Sweden, Denmark and Finland!
Airbrushes, accessories etc: 139 SEK (incl. VAT)
Compressors and airbrush kits: 199 SEK (incl. VAT)
Europe
Airbrushes, accessories etc: 239 SEK (incl. VAT)
Compressors and airbrush kits: 299 SEK (incl. VAT)
Rest of the world
Airbrushes, accessories etc: 599 SEK (excl. VAT)
Compressors and airbrush kits: 699 SEK (excl. VAT)
Prices and VAT
As default all prices and costs are with 25% VAT included, if not other is stated. For a customer logged-in VAT is included only if the customer is supposed to pay VAT, which depends on the home country.
VAT is paid by customers in EU.
The exception is companies in EU but outside Sweden that doesn't need to pay VAT. For those VAT will be included anyway. Write the VAT number in the message field when you check out and subtract the stated VAT from the total amount to pay before you pay.
Payment options
Secure online Credit Card payment
We accept VISA and MasterCard. The secure credit card payment is managed by DIBS Payment Services. The payment is for the highest security done on DIBS's own payment page when the order is confirmed during the checkout process.
Pay in advance with bank transfer
Pay in advance using SWIFT or IBAN bank transfer. Details can be found in the order confirmation. The order is delivered when payment has been received.
Warranty
All products have 1 year warranty from the manufacturer.
Right to regret
Customer has the right to regret a purchase and return products in 10 days after received delivery. The product must not be used and the package must not be opened. Contact DAVEART AirbrushShop as soon as possible. The customer is resonsible for the return shipping.
Complaint
In case of complaint contact DAVEART AirbrushShop as soon as possible. In case of visible transportation damage report it to the transportation company immediately. In case of incorrect delivery or not visible transportation damage contact us as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days.
Transport responsibilty
DAVEART AirbrushShop is responsible for the shipping to the customer. In case of return the customer is responsible for the shipping in case of loss or damage.
Age limit 18 years
To shop in DAVEART Airbrush Shop you must be at least 18 years old.
Privacy policy
To shop at DAVEART AirbrushShop you must register. The information that is collected (name, address, phone number and e-mail address) is used for purchase process, but can also be used for marketing purposes.
DAVEART does not give out any collected information to third party.
The customer has the right to at any time ask what information is registrered and demand that all information is deleted.
User accounts
The user account for the shop is personal. The customer is responsible for the secrecy of the passwords. We have the right to delete accounts.
Reservation for faulty information
Reservation for incorrect information like facts or prices on the site.
